As part of our CSR initiative focused on Skill Development, we have taken concrete steps to bridge the industry-academia gap by supporting technical training in Factory Automation. Several institutes across India have been equipped with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) training kits, essential technologies that power automation in today’s manufacturing sector.

The following institutions have benefitted from this initiative:

• GSV College, Baroda
• DIET College, Satara
• ITI Pusa Road, New Delhi
• ITI Haldwani
• DCRUST, Sonipat – also equipped with a Payload Vertical Robot for robotics
  training

These hands-on learning kits offer students valuable exposure to real-world industrial applications, making them better prepared for employment in core sectors. Our teams also interacted with students and faculty during visits, encouraging the integration of practical learning into academic programs.
