At Mitsubishi Electric India, we believe that empowering youth with practical skills and industry-ready training is the foundation of building a stronger and more sustainable nation. In line with our CSR commitment to Skill Development and Education, we have taken a significant step toward enhancing technical education across government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in India.As part of this initiative, Mitsubishi Electric India has set up advanced air-conditioning training labs at seven ITIs across four states, installing a total of 67 high- performance air-conditioning units. These include:

• ITI Mangolpuri, Delhi – 7 ACs
•  ITI Malviya Nagar, Delhi – 7 ACs
• ITI Mayur Vihar, Delhi – 7 ACs
• ITI Kund, Rewari (Haryana) – 7 ACs
• ITI Uttarsanda, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) – 10 ACs
• ITI Dashrat, Vadodara (Gujarat) – 10 ACs
• ITI Rahate Colony, Nagpur (Maharashtra) – 9 ACs

These modernized labs are designed to foster hands-on, practical learning aligned with real-world industry standards in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) sector. By bridging the gap between academic curriculum and workplace demands, the initiative aims to help students build confidence, sharpen their technical skills, and become job-ready for today's evolving industries.

Each inauguration ceremony was complemented by a plantation drive, symbolizing our dual commitment to environmental stewardship and community involvement. These green efforts underscore our belief in nurturing both young talent and the ecosystems they will shape.
